The 2020-21 application form for the Northern Physician Retention Initiative is currently available on the ministry webpage.
Again this year, payments will be processed through the OHIP claims payment system and deposited in the bank account associated with your OHIP solo billing number and will appear in the “Accounting Adjustments” section of your OHIP Remittance Advice. It is your responsibility to ensure your banking information is correct. To update
your banking information, contact the Claims Services Branch, Provider Registry Unit either by telephone at 1-800-262-6524 or by completing the following form Application for OHIP Direct Bank Payment for Health Care Professionals.
