The Ministry of Health and the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) have reached an agreement to extend temporary COVID-19 physician payment premiums for eligible, after-hours elective surgeries and procedures.
To support this extension, fee codes E409 and E410 for elective procedures will remain available for service dates up until and including September 30, 2023.
