As a result, questions, no matter how minor or complicated, are answered promptly, and problems, again no matter how big or small, are resolved immediately. They demonstrate great flexibility in accommodating my schedule into theirs when service is required. Equally important, the support staff with whom we have worked are universally friendly, courteous and above all, patient.
