We switched from our previous software to the YES Billing System over four years ago. It is very different from the previous software we used, so it was helpful that the YES team was always available to us to answer any questions. This holds true even today, as they are but a phone call or email away. The use of templates makes the doctors’ job much easier when inputting medical reports. Also, several reports have been put together over the years by the company, at our bidding, that applied to our particular needs. I would recommend the YES billing system for their professional manner and willingness to fulfill each and every request.
