Our relationship with Yes Medical began in July 2016. From day one, the software has been extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. We have had to make some changes to suit the needs of our practice and the staff at Yes Medical has been very accommodating to all our requests. They have always gone above and beyond to give suggestions to make the software work to our needs and help make our practice run as smoothly as possible. From our first introduction to the staff we have found them to be very responsive and helpful. Any issues we have had or changes we have needed were taken care of efficiently and with our specific needs in mind.
